No, it shouldn't be banned. From what I recall, it was banned when someone called KK one when she was working for Cbill.

Cunt is a word commonly used in pornography. Adult boards are for webmasters working in pornography therefore I don't see any reason to ban it. Otherwise we should also ban all other "shocking words". I personally wouldn't call someone a cunt . But calling someone bitch, whore, slut would not look too good either on a webmaster board but that does not mean these words should be banned.

i think the story on GFY's ban on the word 'cunt' was one of the girl regulars there was being harassed by somebody on there calling her a cunt over and over, so they banned the word.

So up until a month ago, 'Oprano' was in rare company on the GFY Banned Word List, with 'Ashcroft' and 'cunt'. I think anything to do with Shawberg or his company were banned as well.

cunt should not be banned , it is an adult webmaster board ,and supposed to be adults using it ( not in the case of some boards)

I think that banning the word cunt because some numbnutz was harassing somebody (on GFY, no less ... imaine that) is stupid. Ban the dipshit who kept doing it, maybe ... but the word?

Jack Brownfeild, aka Stephen Michael Cohen called me a CUNT on Oprano about 100 times at least....it didn't kill me that's for sure, and it got to be a joke. I was even calling myself CUNT for awhile. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.....
