Looking for a webcam expert
 

We are thinking about building a live webcam site, and are looking for someone with experience managing and developing a successful webcam site. The developing/programing part is not so much our interest as we have that covered, but rather the ongoing management, as in best strategy for launch, pay structure, etc.

I'd like to offer any advice I can. I've seen lots of success and lots of failures of various webcam studios so feel free to post all of your questions here in this thread and I (and others I'm sure) will post up any advice I can offer.

Mman, that's a field I wouldn't want to try to build a new network in today's world. There are lots of great options out there already, though, with great tech and models.
