Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some? ;)

Questions have been asked about new points / power listings under their Username .. in tandem with the points we have decided to introduce a new set of giveaways to you fine ladies and gentlemen ;)

The points can be donated to other users who you deem have made a quality post, or removed if you think its pure unadulterated shite. You guys choose who gets the points and ultimately the options to exchange these points for the New Oprano Gear ...

Only users who have accrued 50 posts can donate or retract points from other users, with users being able to donate/retract 1 point at a time and mods have the ability to add/delete 5 points at any given time to users ...

New Oprano Gear is as follows ...

200 points can be exchanged for an Oprano Branded Travel Mug - Perfect with the winter and indeed the busy season approaching, the need for a hot beverage next to the pc at all times is a pre-requisite.

400 points can be exchanged for an Oprano Branded Cap - Embroided I might add and not this cheap plastic shit. Very soft and luxurious with a suede brim. For the discrete and fashion conscious man or woman about town, this is both practical and elegant.

http://www.xxxamigoz.com/oprano/oprano_cap.jpg

600 points will get you an Amazon Gift Certificate - Which you can use for anything that Amazon stocks, whether it be, dvds, cd's, videos and books and ideal for additional xmas treats.

800 points will get you a TshirtHell Gift Certificate - Whether you are looking to for tshirts, long sleeve tshirts, hoodies, babydolls, strapless spaghetti thingies or attire to impress and insult these are for you. Excellent for the extended families at Xmas ;)

Mods can be bribed and it is strongly encouraged to do so .. Mods will be also be giving out Freebies on occasion to those who we think have deserved them, without them coming off their point totals ;)

So let the salutations and bitching commence ;)

Re: Oprano Points and Freebies ;)

Great promo guys!

Re: Oprano Points and Freebies ;)

Those mugs and hats a very nice , IMHO

Re: Oprano Points and Freebies ;)

They are *very* nice indeed!!!!!!

Being somewhat of a twit, I asked Newton "travel mugs? who goes anywhere?"
Newton, who is very, very kind, proceeded to ask me how often my coffee gets cold while I'm working. "Oh," I said in the small, quite voice one uses when one has just been revealed to be a complete idiot. "Uh...usually always," I managed to say.

But...NO MORE!! An Oprano Travel Mug will keep your beverages hot while you post and code and submit...and your Oprano Hat will give you something to adjust contemptuously while you piss! (The verbal kind. What you do with the other is your own business.) :)

Re: Oprano Points and Freebies ;)

Very cool stuff to be sure.. that hat looks awesome... :>))

Re: Oprano Points and Freebies ;)

Snazzy gear!!! http://oprano.com/msgboard/images/smilies/ok.gif

And a nice system too. http://oprano.com/msgboard/images/smilies/smile.gif

Re: Oprano Points and Freebies ;)

I should add the power scale is the amount of points you can add/remove from another user, this is currently static. It DOES NOT increase at this time. We may turn this part of the points system on at a later date though.

:)

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

IF anyone who has over 100 posts has NOT received their 50 points to kick off the fun, then please let either Trev or I know ..

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

Cool, no one talks to me so you're going to be stacked :yowsa:

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

Does the 50 we get to kick off the fun take away the ones we already earned?

Cuz I think I had 11 and they vanished, :(

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

:p

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

50 points done .. another 25 for getting to 1000 posts .. :) Congratulations

The 'gangster hats and tshirts" were all sent by Gonzo ages ago .. apparently they should be at Red's place shortly as he promised to send the remainder to her. Once these are received I will get Red to send you another set. In Lieu of these not arriving .. can you please contact Morgan with a shipping address for one of our new hats to be dispatched to you forthwith.

Most welcome mate and pics of you or the young lady wearing it would be cool .. her naked, you not ;)

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

I can do both.... although I'll keep my ass covered and she can show off hers :P

as always Newton you guys are most helpful with things like this. Not sure how they got waylaid... but I suppose these things happen when shipping international.

I'll get in touch with her in the next little while. Thanks again

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

Welcome mate, glad you got it ... the tshirts and hats were only going from the US to Canada .. I certainly don't send any items from the UK.

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

*raises hand* me please! :)

edit: woops! Looks like someone already gave them to me...woohoo! :)

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

oo, oo....does that 25 points extend to me too?? 1 more post and I hit 1000!! woohoo! :)

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

Go on then... post... only 1 more to go and you get writers block :p

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

Well, dayam...I was trying to think of something significant to say for my 1000th post.....but, I need more coffee...so this will have to do...haha

1000 posts....wow, and that doesn't even include the flat board posts I made aeons ago (am I allowed to say aeon? haha)

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

oh, and fyi...I was soooooooooo looking forward to my 1000th post so I could get rid of that 'persian kitty knows me' tag, but last week they were replaced by the ads :steemed: ...so, just out of curiosity...what would it have been changed to? :p

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

Congrats on the 1k post, why would it need to be significant? it's only a message board... not the Oscars. :yowsa:

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

haha...this is true...but, it's still momentous :)

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

Congratulations on the 1000th post ;)

I think the old tag for 1000 posts was "trainee fluffer"?

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

It would have changed to..

"Why did I pick a Northern Desert to live in?"

;-)))

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

That was added recently, I'm sure it was "Ken Lawson manages my sites."

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

I stand corrected thank you chap ;)

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

aaaaaaaaaahahahahahaha....I ask myself that every winter...but the summers rock! ;)

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

ahhhhh, I remember that one now...thanks :)

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

Nick, that hat and mug look fantastic!

My next trip up your way I'm gonna stop by and sneak 1 of each in my briefcase!

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

Look forward to it :)

I'll have some sent up here.

Lunch will be on me :)

Re: Check Out the New Oprano Gear ... Want some?

That travel mug is my kind of gear. It looks so good I bet it'd make my coffee taste better.
