That's a pretty broad question.... let me give you all the source code and you can figure it out. :)

It works like any other affiliate system.... manages all affiliates, run affiliate traffic reports, sales, cut checks every 2 weeks, manages the online affiliate area, banners, FHGs, free promotional content, etc....

All incoming affiliate traffic calculates their production, webmaster referrals, etc. All affiliate ID codes are cookied and sessionalized so that affiliate webmasters get credit for ALL sign-ups.
