without having cosulted forest or little c in the matter... i have to say that i like LittleC. she is very nice, very professional and very straightforward. Once you stop staring at her tits, you realize that she is also very, very smart.

they have nice offices and a large staff that is professional, courteous and compensated very well and are known for integrity and good business practices.

they pay enormous attention to detail in everything they do and it shows in their success.

if someone bought or agreed to buy traffic like Marts traffic, it would never be done without setting some ground rules and being discussed completely upfront. These rules have not been discussed in this 45,000 argument... and blame session. Though it is clear why no one wants to have open conversations about it.

so far neither party has discussed this in detail except for the fact that Claudia said that HE and what he did, caused her major problems with her ISP among other things. A point which was not denied. Being that Interclimax is the biggest user of bandwidth in Holland, that is not an issue to be taken lightly.

i helped someone set up a SMTP relay network in Russia just to see how it all works and how they do it. They too, were claiming to have clean lists, opt in lists etc and that everything would be just rosey.

for a couple days of mail, there were more than 10,000 compliants (sent to everyone up the traceroute info, to the backbone provider) and a massive DOS attack on a couple relays from several thousand IP's that shut down the Internet for half of Russia... which also jeapardized my other businesses in Russia being that i am also a major user of bandwidth here.

I made zero dollars from any of that and it was all a mistake to even experiment with. I was curious,... i heard about big $$$ and fell into the "easy money" trap.

But i know that for the problems it created for me, if the money went to my account first, i would not have paid the other guy that was making me all the promises about all the big dollars and clean lists with no complainers. He just sat there insulated from the world and when i got completely fucked in every way possible... he will just move on to the next set of relays where ever they are.

it is not so simple as just agreeing to buy traffic. there are also rules that people need to abide by and agree to, or else there is just too much heat. NO ONE would agree to buy this traffic without setting those rules... or they are risking their ISP shutting them off and their processors shutting them down... or simply finding yourself on the receiving end of a 150,000,000.00 lawsiut

i strongly suspect that Little C has a good reason for any decision she makes and lives up to her word.

i have never heard otherwise from anyone with a credible reason for saying so.
