Why Magazine traffic is great

I just got an order for 550 bucks today on an order form that is five years old. Probably some guy picked up a leg mag at a second hand store. This isn't the first time. Its the gift that keeps on giving.
Anyone else advertise in print?

print rags can be good because people usually never toss them and when it comes to porn, when they do someone else usually nabs them, but truth is in terms of porn the print rags are in their death throes

I used to shoot for most of them but now almost all of them get their cntent free from video companies in exchange for promo. And in doing so they lost their edge...how many times can you see the same old porn chicks over and over in print and not get bored, specially at the premium prices they charge these days.

I know a mag photographer that is migrated all of his content over to the web. Several years of stuff thats never been seen before.

Like the early days of Tera Patrick and a lot of abes you aint never seen before.

We did some print stuff a number of years ago, and it worked alright. A bit hit and miss. I do get better results with my mainstream stuff in mainstream mags.

So true.. I had about 100 AVN online mags (although not porn really) I finally parted ways with due to a move.

I still have some great Screw mags from the 1970's! (If you call yellowing newsprint a magazine) Gotta love Al Goldstein

I subscribe to a few Sailing magazines and I still have every issue. Some great reference material in there.
