YOUTUBE tags are not working right

I think it is recognizing the tag because it makes room for the video but it is not bringing in the video

This is Agent 69 from CECash. It was a flash file. I recently recorded it from the screen and turned it into an mp4. Because of that, the quality has degraded a touch.
