actually, i have been thinking about starting to train again. i have no flexibility in my legs and hips anymore. plus i am a slob. its seems like a small committment but its pretty big when you have to start structuring your life around it. it sucks though when you start to lose flexibility and you definately feel it. i like Shotokan now. i really like the harder styles better. its kinda irrelevant anyway since you will just tackle me and choke me out.
