Who all is coming and when do you get here?

I have to drive in from Charlotte and we are considering a few adventures but Id like to have an idea on whos coming and when so we can plan better.

And if you not coming. You will miss out. Its worth "get your desk organized" seminar for me alone.

My flight arrives at 12:30 on the 18th. If others are arriving at about the same time perhaps we can coordinate transportation from the airport to the hotel.

If you are looking for a great place to eat that is not too far away from the W. it is called VINE. It is located off N. Highland Ave. NE
I can't wait! I am driving up from Tampa so it will take some time to get there. I will be leaving few days early to spend time with friends and chill before everyone gets in!
