It doesn't matter how much biz he gets, or who he knows imho, when you spend almost every waking moment in the public eye acting the way he acts it WILL hurt future biz, and truth be told you can only live so long off old clients and a few big ppl.

I used to give him the benifit of the doubt and wrote it all off as a marketing / branding idea gone wrong, but as time progressed I think I was wrong.

Trolling is one thing, stirring shit is one thing, but constantly fighting loosing battles is another thing all together, it's a shame too, he does have a good head on at least on the phone, and I do like some of his designs.

I know his client list pretty well, he sells design work and content to one of the largest paysite guys in the industry to date, as well as many others. Period.

I don't care what anyone says about the guy, he encourages it, as does your pal, but lets at least keep the facts straight as well as consistent.

I was reffering to the countless "Take me serious" posts, followed by just utter mind-numbing posts. He publicly announced on gfy a few weeks ago that he was looking for work, needed work, wanted to rep a company, then the sec someone called him broke he went right back to the name dropping, self indulged dribble as always, yet he still wants people to respect him and take him serious, THATS the loosing battle in which I speak of.

The comment he made about DA still has me laughing.

Well, I didn't read all the threads or even much of them. I saw people laughing at his income, I just commented on that specifically...I find humor in him and Gonzo fighting as well, so I would say we are actually on the same page

I am always amazed at personalities on some boards - that it isnt enough as to who has the biggest dick.. but now its who can piss the furtherest with it.

Some of the greatest creative minds were extreme in how they treated people - I usually try to look for the best in people and avoid the drama that goes along with them

He has several paying accounts, Porndollar is one of them. Brand0n was right, a much larger one is unnamed in this thread. Not about who he knows, but who actually pays the guy. I responded to one point of contention: He was called out as a nobody who doesn't make any money. I just argue it may not be true in relative terms. Gonzo possibly underestimated him by placing Aliean beneath him income wise? I don't do the board arguing gig, so I am really not an expert in the category of which board persona earns more though.

I've talked to Alien quite a few times on icq and he is totally differnet there than he is on the boards... Yet time and again I tell him to stop harassing people on the boards and just do his business, guess he likes digging his own professional grave. So be it ;)

Not true, cory many in the indusrty are " wussies" but they are still very sharp.

Man, what are you talking about? I have no issue with this place in general, we opened up an advertising account here.

Fact is, everything you stated about Alien (albeit true or not), can be projected on Gonzo just as easily. I don't "threaten" people. Gonzo made threats on GFY, look inward for the answers man.

The last post comment was sarcasm based around saying what I think being the fuel for all kinds of ramblings, most of which I do not partake in. I don't hold grudges. Nick and Anthony didn't exactly like me at first, but I would say it is fair to say that I really get along with them now.

I hear you - after 10 years you tend to build up enemies who never met you in person but take offense to posts etc. that have your name on it. I try to speak well of people even if they hate me - and those that simply have an atttitude that is negative no matter what, I tend not to recommend them or have any business dealings at all...

I am 44 - and figure I have another 44 years of good life in me, Im not going to spend that in arguments and negativity. I have a great job, awesome wife who is the hottest around and a happy life = why interrupt that with useless small minded people who feel they need to bash everything and everyone to get recognized? I have more than enough friends in this industry to really care and get concerned

"Reality" TV rots your brain, and is some of the most idiotic stuff ever broadcast as "entertainment". It also draws huge ratings.
