Confidential sources to Oprano say that this is a move in order to get ready for sale. Rumored selling price is $5M assume all debt which is estimated between 300-400M.

Linkedin is flooded with posts of fired employees looking for work.

Id guess this is an angle to restore credit card processing.
Not sure I see it happening as each week there is another expose released.

Question is - who's going to hire them?

Industry people hate mindgeek and also know they purchased shitloads of traffic so the people there aren't really at the top of their game much less know much about the industry accept for where they worked.

mainstream world maybe forgiving a bit - but will soon realize that their advice of buying over a million dollars in traffic to build numbers up won't work.

I'd say they turned their noses up on the industry and didn't care who they hurt - now we're suppose to hire their wounded? not sure anyone will take that chance.
