My opinion is that Brazzers has done what many have done on the internet: Presented a legit face, run a semi-secret and wide ranging "grey market / black market" in the back that actually made the big money, and now they are taking that big money and trying to buy themselves into a legit position.

Their timing is good, considering SOPA and PROTECT IP, if enacted, will put a world of hurt on "grey market" tube sites. So now they are moving to be more legit, using the grey money to do it.

Congrats to them, they have almost completed the trifecta. The last step is selling out again, and getting out before it all crashes down.
