Yeah I ordered it up medium rare, one corner looked a little over done to me but inside it was fine :okthumb:

Extra Rare - cool, purple center
Rare - warm, purple center
Med-Rare - dark red center
Med - soft pink center
Med Well - very little pink
Well - brown throughout

I cannot eat raw red meat, that's gross. I like 'em a little pink inside and burned charcoal around the edges. now thats a good piece of meat. ...yeah! :okthumb:

I'm an Extra-Rare to Rare guy. Couple of minutes a side over high heat to sear it, and I am happy.

I guess its been many years since you drooled over a steak, Evil. I bet you remember it well. But at least the bagels are ok in Montreal. And affordable for many.
