This one took me a couple of days to optimize for speed, but I think I did well:

Threw every trick in my book at it.

Did the SEO and submission too (hell, I did the whole thing except for the content) and it's all over the first page on Google for all the search queries for it that matter :)

Hand coded markup all the way, took obscene amounts of work, I'll never do THAT again for a client, even family like him :)
