CCBill having a bad day?

Just wondering if anyone else is seeing a large drop in reported CCBill traffic today... I am about 60-70% off, with every other program seeming to be normal (and remarkably selling well today)

Yeah, my click totals are about half what they should be at this point in the day.

Allow me to fill you in. CCbill has been having problems for the past week or so. One guy claims they said that they are moving to a different server or host and that things are not working right.

I was told by ccbill support it was a cache problem and they are working on it,,,,,,,, 3 days ago.

Many have had their worst week ever last week, and I assume it has to do with this problem, even though ccbill says the clicks and joins are being tracked properly.

So yeah, everyone is being effected. My sales are way off and my hits are way down, far too low to be true. All we can do is hope they fix it soon and credit everyone with the right sales. :(

Well, I have noticed areas where the main screen will indicate 4 rebills, and clicking through will only show 1. The sub account stuff all appears to have disappeared as well, it's hard to tell which site from which program made the sale at times.

Saleswise (reported via ccbill) it has been a very poor week as well.

Our sales have been way off this week with CCBill, much lower than can be attributed to anything. I have had 3 complaints from people trying to join saying that the CCBill join page just hangs when they click the Submit button. Hopefully it'll be fixed up soon.

The stats areas on the CCBill site have also been screwed up all week.

Apparently they got the click part sorted out, my stats suddenly filled back in for yesterday. Sales... well, let's just say last week was one of the worst of the year for CCBill, maybe they will find some sales and ship them over.

I heard from a sponsor that their own stats keep jumping around all last week. So, it's possible your check will be more once they get it fixed. They said the Tuesday check tally is from accounting, which has the right figures.

Well so far this week with CCbill is worst than last week! Stats are still not showing right. Is everyone else still having bad sales this week with them?

ccbill owns their host cavecreek. They were a host before they were a processor.

LOL CCBILL has not had a bad day in almost 14 years.
Maybe a couple days inbetween they only made less than a million in transactions but over all there is NEVER a bad day at CCBILL so long as they are transacting over ( insert rough estimate of adult transactions online although AVN has claimed its a 15 billion dolalr industry LOL but my estimate being about 2B but most likely far less maybe 80Million. but either way CCBILL is the primary POS of the business and its alot of money supposedly ) I'd say its time for a new fleet of Lamborghini's to drive to the bank with for each of them along with the Janitor's that empty the garbage.

Well CCbill Paul posted a message that the glitch they had with stats has been fixed on another board. I looked and it is indeed working right now. So lets hope sales go up. :)

Well, it looks like their "glitch" is back. I am really starting to wonder if someone hasn't figured out a way to wholesale grab their traffic, because once again, the counts are down 60-70% off of what they should be, and CCBill sales are all but non existant at this point.

It makes you wonder what is going on over there.
