Is it just me, or is email getting worse????

I now have 26,855 email I have to deal with.
It's like a wave, don't pay attention to it for a few days, and it builds up and floods you.
My life is spent deleting email.

If you are dealing what that sort of volume, I highly recommend spamarrest with the "custom approval page" option. Basically, the only people you deal with at that point are either customers, people you know, or extremely determined spammers (rare). Otherwise, 26852 of those emails will sit in the "pending" pile, and after a while fade away without requiring your attention.

I deal directly with a couple hundred a day.
Most of that is stuff I just didn't get around to deleting.
(Just not enough time in the day.......too easy to "do later.")

And I wouldn't want to accidentally delete that "Free donut of the month club" invitation from Gonzo.

I would recommend you to build a custom script to deal with incoming e-mails from your clients. By directly displaying the e-mail address on the site you better build a contact us page with anti spam features (Strong captcha, "Are you human question?") and to delete all e-mails that don't come from your clients instantly after they are inserted in the database. (For example set up a cron job and run it each 10 minutes, check if the e-mail address of the sender is between your clients if yes send the e-mail to your e-mail address else simply delete it from the database)

Before accepting my suggestion change your e-mail because probably many spammers have it already so this solution will won't stop them if you don't change it.

At least this solution helped me and after implementing this I never got a single spam e-mail.

That's a good way of keeping new ideas out as well.
I WANT to know about "things," being the info junkie that I am. I just don't want 15 of the same ad.
I already have about 100 outlook "rules."
