Okay I am confused. The link you have goes to a trademark lawsuit that was just filed on June 17th, no judgment yet.

Is that the correct case ?

Good luck to Photo Exchange. We have been working with them for years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Never heard of Freakdaddy though.

It was an ongoing thing I lost interest in many of their fights ago. It really was a total waste of each others time, with both screwing with the other. Always reminded me of a bunch of 13 year olds.
