TAMPA - Officials have arrested a third man they say was involved in filming a nude 17-year-old girl who simulated a sex act.

Michael Allen Storm, also known as "Dirty D," was arrested Tuesday night at 5503 W. Spruce St.

Storm, 44, was arrested on two counts of use of a child in a sexual performance and two counts of promotion of a sexual performance by a child. Last month, investigators arrested Stephen Chastain, 36, and Ryan Holtz, 24, in connection with the film.

The men, who knew the girl was 17, said they would pay her $500 to videotape a simulated sex act at a Tampa home and then took her to an adult club on Lois Avenue, according to Florida Department of Law Enforcement records.

Chastain and Holtz each were charged with two counts of promotion of a sexual performance by child, the FDLE said.

Chastain and Holtz were released after posting bail set at $20,000, according to records.

Storm remains in jail on $200,000 bail

If I was DirtyD's lawyer, I would be getting after the reporter for that line. Their awareness is an important part of the case, and is not yet a fact in front of the court.

I would say that would almost be actionable.

That caught my attention too when I read it, but I'm not sure they stand to gain enough from a libel lawsuit to make it worth the effort. Although the threat of one may be enough to get a retraction.

Im sure his lawyer is consulting with the PR genius Jenni for the press conference to draw more mainstream media attention to this case since there isnt any right now.

Wonder if she will be passing out bongs carved out of an apple to commemorate the event?

What strikes me odd is how Dirty D told us all how rich he was and how we all were poor haters yet he hasnt posted bond....

No because....read on McDuff...."according to Florida Department of Law Enforcement records."
That statement was qualified. Maybe poorly qualified, but not worth the time and expense to follow up on.

But possibly it could be turned to the plaintiffs advantage in a change of venue motion. You know like get the hell out of this burg kinda thing.

Doesn't this help in their favor?
I mean the talk in the press saying:

Well isn't that her word against theirs type scenario?
And doesn't showing ID at a club possibly show she might have been using a bogus ID?
Even if they did know she was 17, (Which is probably made up by the press) I just find it difficult to think that Chastain and Holtz would actually ever fess up that they knew she wasn't of age for the press to state that.


Does Mikey own the adult club?

Do anyone know the name of the club? cuz I can't think of any descent adult clubs on Lois ave.?
