TAMPA — from www.tampabay.com - Law enforcement officials issued a warrant for a two men who they say filmed a minor in two pornographic videos, and on Wednesday, two police departments arrested Stephen Shawn Chastain, 36, and Ryan Jay Holtz, 24, and charged them with two counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said they were present at a Tampa house in 2007 when a 17-year-old girl was filmed in two porn videos.

According to an arrest warrant, Chastain and Michael Storm , also known as "Dirty D," were present when Holtz asked the girl if she had her fake identification. Storm, 44, gave her a release form to sign and said he knew she was only 17, the warrant states. Chastain said he would pay her $500.

They then filmed two videos, one at the house and the other at Fantasy Land Adult Video, FDLE officials said.

Chastain was arrested by Tampa police, and Holtz was arrested by St. Petersburg police Wednesday. Both were released on $20,000 bail.

State records list Chastain as chief executive of the Lone Knight Productions Inc., which he registered in Florida in 2005.

Further, Dirty D says the woman — who goes by the porn pseudonym Kelsey Cummings, among others — has performed in numerous porn shoots with various adult producers "before and after" his shoot, and she even operates a blog that details her interest in working in porn and is married to a performer who has shot gay porn.

"This is not the innocent underaged girl we are talking about," Dirty D told XBIZ. "She apparently used a fake ID. I have no idea why she's making these claim. At the time, a valid Florida Drivers License was provided to us and the model was over 18 years old. The information on the signed release matched the Florida Drivers License."

Two men who worked with adult producer Dirty D to help find talent and help produce content were charged Wednesday with two counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child.

Police charge that the two men — Shawn Chastain and Ryan Jay Holtz — knew that the woman was under 17 when she was asked to perform in August with a vibrator and give fellatio to "numerous unknown males" who were behind a so-called gloryhole.

Dirty D, who currently is out of the country after visiting the Barcelona Summit adult convention, said that he expects to be arrested and charged upon returning to the U.S.

According to authorities Chastain and Dirty D, were present when Holtz asked the girl if she had her fake ID. Dirty D gave her a release form to sign and said he knew she was only 17, according to a police report supplied to XBIZ.

Police say the woman was paid $500 for two videos worth of content that was shot at a house and at Fantasy Land Adult Video, an adult theater where the gloryhole production occurred.

At one point during the shoot at Fantasy Land, the woman "exited the booth and noticed a line of unknown adult males awaiting to enter the adjoining booth. Both Chastain and Holtz apparently organized the line. [The woman] became upset but [Dirty D] grabbed her by the arm and took her back to the booth," the police report says.

"[The woman] was able to get free and call for a ride to leave," the police report says.

Dirty D denied the allegations by the woman, saying that her statements have been "completely false and inflammatory."

Police were tipped to the case when they received a mailed letter that included copies of the woman in the act of fellatio on the site GloryHolesGirlz.com, according to the police report.

Dirty D operates GloryHoleGirlz.com, GhettoConfession.com, RealOrgasmVideos.com, GangBangHood.com and AlmostFemale.com, and produces and distributes related DVDs. He also owns affiliate program HowIGotRich.com.

Michael Morrison, a spokesman with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, told XBIZ that the investigation is continuing.

Chastain was arrested by Tampa police, and Holtz was arrested by St. Petersburg police Wednesday. Both were released on $20,000 bail.

If they knew she was under 18, well, then slicing off their balls and putting them in an iodine hot tub is about the right punishment. It's one of the very basic rules of the porn world, not something that is negotiable.

Sadly, the story appears to be a "he said, she said" sort of thing, beyond her claims I am not sure there is anything else out there to support the story. There are two things everyone in adult need to be diligent and concerned about: HIV/STD and child pornography. Just because one threatens a life and one does not, doesn't make either one more affordable to ignore.

There is a law against producing videos with minor, there is no law requiring performers to test for disease nor is there any law that states the identity of an infected performer. Yet, when someone who is in the adult business that many people have termed a stand up guy and good businessmen does something like this, people turned their heads, why? Possibly because it makes the entire industry look like they prey on minors? We both know the industry does not do that but the public does not give a fuck. Personally, I think adult provides more to society than any horror/slasher/killer movie produced. But those in adult have a responsibility especially because they are under the microscope constantly. Warrant Is Issued for Dirty D's Arrest

TAMPA, Fla. — A warrant has been issued for Dirty D's arrest, XBIZ has learned.
When he arrives onto U.S. soil, Florida authorities will charge Dirty D with two counts of the promotion of a sexual performance of a child, two counts of the use of a child in a sexual performance and one count of illegal computer pornography, which refers to the streaming of underage content.
Dirty D, thought to be still abroad by authorities, will be picked up once he enters the country, Kristen Chernosky, a spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, told XBIZ.
"Prosecutors have had dialogue with his attorney," Chernosky said.

Dirty D told XBIZ last week that claims made by a woman who says she was underage at the time of a Tampa Bay porn shoot in August 2007 are false.
XBIZ attempted unsuccessfully to reach Dirty D on Thursday after contacting him last week in Barcelona, where he just finished attending the Barcelona Summit.
Dirty D said that the woman, who goes by the porn pseudonym Kelsey Cummings, among others, apparently used a fake ID for productions that involved a sea of men in a gloryhole shoot and another at a home.

Police already have charged two of Dirty D's employees — Shawn Chastain and Ryan Jay Holtz — with two counts each of promoting a sexual performance by a child. Both have been released on $20,000 bail.
The woman, according to police reports, said Chastain, Holtz and Dirty D all were aware that she was under 18.
Dirty D denied the allegations by the woman, saying that her statements are "completely false and inflammatory."
Dirty D operates GloryHoleGirlz.com, GhettoConfession.com, RealOrgasmVideos.com, GangBangHood.com and AlmostFemale.com, and produces and distributes related DVDs. He also owns affiliate program HowIGotRich.com.

Now for course for bonus points you could include 2 other things as well.....both having no real major relevance to the case at hand....merely as an FYI....Storm has repeated offenses in CIVIL court relating to laws about animal control in his community.....neighbors who alleged that his dog was out of control and as the travelers insurance company commercial states....you are the company that you keep.....most of his "crew"...not to mention himself have continuous run ins with Law Enforcement.

I did not go to the Local, State or Federal officials bitching about "D" despite what people my think....do you really think that they would do all this shit over me......hardly.....it was an orcastrated effort from many different individuals and the FDLE usually doesnt involve themselfs in little petty shit but rather larger cross county/jurisdiction crimes. They have way more pressing cases as well to deal with then to single out anf just to go after the "D". So I may have added fuel to the fire but unless there is something I dont know....I wont be a witness for the prosecution.

The bottom line....has been stated before....it is what it is.....

He may have been a nice guy at one point....when I met him....he seemed very nice to me as well....but low and behold things started changing....he told me how to do my operations....I then gave the "D" some constructive criticism....and he didnt like that....."are you telling me how to run my business"....sort of shit.....after he had already told me how I should do mine......WRONG....WRONG....WRONG......If he had me on payroll....maybe.....but since you dont....where does he get off giving orders.....
