Anyone else notice the addition to CCBill decline notices? I have 2 yesterday, but not sure what it means ...
was declined due to BE-
declined due to Card Declined at Pre-Auth SC.
Is there a reference list for the abbriviations on the end of each notice? I am guessing it is the bank name?
