Hey gang!
Listen, I have software built into our site that blocks users who come from X number of IP addresses or more, as I'm sure most of you have.
The AOL Proxy problem has cropped up again for us, meaning that people who surf us from AOL get blocked very quickly after joining because our site thinks they've come from too many IP addresses.
Does anyone know a way for AOL users to get around this problem? I don't have a way to configure access on a user-by-user basis, nor do I really want to. I can't seem to find any reliable info on the web about what to tell my AOL users these days.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
