Quite a bit :) You know ...There is actually a need for someone / an entity to bridge the gap between mainstream and savvy adult models. Not many agents / agencies are willing or proficient at working the "crossovers"

Over the years, we've done quite a bit mainstream press, including Time magazine, Report On Business (got the cover on that one), Financial Post, as well as other magazine and newspaper articles. We've never had a problem with the way we were portrayed, other than one calling me an overweight middle-aged Porn producer!

We just did an interview and photoshoot for Vanity fair that is supposed to be in the next issue.

We've also done plenty of TV, with 3 times on Sexcetera, twice on HBO Real Sex, Sex Shop, SexTV...see a theme there?? ;)

We have turned things down. Like Howard Stern and Jerry Springer.

I'm curious...I can see why you turned down Springer.....but why did you turn down Stern?
Afraid he was gonna treat you guys as "lowly porn people," or something like that?
I've noticed a level of disrespect, sometimes, from them.

I've had plenty of success with the mainstream media over the years. Few bad experiences here and there....

My experiences with mainstream have been almost all good but I am a bit selective about who I speak to or co-operate with. i too turned down springer, jenny, jones, Maury povich and the rest of that ilk.

I would never go on stern.

But I did do a feature for "Oxford American" Magazine which turned out great. OA doesnt accept tobacco or alcohol advertising but they did a big profile on me for the "Southern Filmmakers" issue.

Iv had ton of press both local and national, had a character in a Jeff Abbott book based on me and have been an "enemy guest" on The Allen Hunt Show, The Neal Boortz Show and The Bill Cunningham Show most more than once.

I like being an enemy guest on an intelligent show because you actually get a chance to make your point with people who mostly arent fans.

The problem with Stern is that he rarely gives people a chance to promote their websites, which is the main reason to do a show like that. We've known a few webgirls that did his show, got verbally abused and treated like crap, and then were never given the chance to even mention their website or URL. They all came across looking rather dim.

Ahhhh....
Yea, now that you mention it, I rarely heard websites.
But I think I'd have a whirl. In my case, just saying the product get's the website, or the right search results, so i think I could get some exposure.
But I would be leery of attacks.
Thanks for the heads up.

Just wouldn't trust any mainstream media with treating an adult related company fairly....
