ancient thread...

but yeah, that's one i looked at a month or so back and immediately steered very clear of due to the laughable requirements in her t&c...

11. Design Credit.
A small logo image and/or text link to Zuzana Designs will appear at the bottom of each page on the site. The client agrees to display this image and/or link for as long as the web site, designed by Zuzana Designs, is publicly displayed on the internet, regardless of where the site is hosted or maintained.

When you maintain a high profile on the boards and use them as a marketing tool, you're going to be under far more scrutiny and any shortcomings are also going to get posted to those same boards.

...and I could still use a real design company as opposed to one who does nothing but manage a bunch of outsourcers in latin america, phillipines or eastern europe.

Sooner or later these folks get hungry and their pricing and timelines return to reality.
