Heres an introspect on a classy lady who owns a good honest and helpful company. If your feeling nekkid and need a little handholding in this big bad biz then Naked hosting is for you.

Very helpful to many new women and couples entering this market and not bad on the eyes either.

I wonder why she didn't mention starting in this business as an "Amateur". She made mention of, "I would ALWAYS get mistaken for "content" at the shows.", well, in the early days, she was content...for herself.

Kacy and Stan have always been great people. When Stan left Janey's hosting company to start Naked Hosting with Kacy, that just about killed Janey and Steph's hosting business. They never did fully recover from that as Stan truly was the brains of that whole operation. But they were able to now do what they felt was good for, at first, many of the other Amateurs out there. They then started getting in more mainstream Adult companies for hosting.

I actually started out with Janey as my host. And you're exactly right, Stan was the one who always took care of the techie issues. Either that or he'd just use Servint's NOC even though he was reselling. That kinda went to hell when they went to Complete, dont think they were as fond of resellers....more true colo.

I eventually bailed and bought my own servers at servint, back in the day for about $3000 each....talk about cost of entry! Hell, I still have a couple there. Once they got past their growing pains, they've been pretty damned solid, and I've been there long enough that they stay price competitive for me when I whine and threaten to move.

Tell us … would you consider yourself a DORK, GEEK or Full-On NERD? Our CEO, is personally attracted to Nerds, but everyone here at our office is a complete Dork! Mix in a few Geeks and what YOU get is a quality and knowledgeable staff that get a serious charge out of helping our clients troubleshoot.

Servint was my first co-locate back in 1996, I ended up with 6 severs with them by the next year then moved the whole thing back up to Montreal. They were always good to us over there. But my "hosting bill" with them got up to $65K a month! We went there on Rick from YNOT's recommendation, as did Steph & Janey.
