Want some trigger time with a camera sometime young padiwan? We'll let you shoot a set and go from card to finished product. I think you'll find it's an eye opener in more ways than one.

I cant begin to fathom, let alone tell you, how many zits I've taken off of how many booties with photoshop. Oh, and you learn with experience to spend some extra time to get the lighting right to begin with and pose the model in flattering poses that hide the rough spots. But you'll still find yourself removing some cottage cheese.

And here's another thing. Something you just might not imagine about the hotties when you're going to shoot them. But you'd be surprised how many of them do not know how to wipe their ass properly. I've done so much anal bleaching with photoshop they should call me Clorox.

Or you could just target the skank niche and call it a day.

Porn is not like glamour. Porn is a volume business. Shooting glamour usually involves lighting one little area perfectly, shooting low volume, high quality. In porn, we are cranking out 1500 images a day, and that back and hair light that looks so sweet in glamour is a lens flare nightmare in porn as you change angles and move around a set. In the days of film, a multitude of sins were covered by overexposing which gave a very glamorous look by hiding imperfections.
In porn we don't have the time nor the luxury. The best porn guys can compromise well and walk that fine line of quality and trash. The imperfections need to be photoshopped. And no girl...I mean no girl is perfect.
The extreme end of this is Maxim which it a total impossiblilty.

My 2 comments: The finished images are a little "over" photoshopped for me, the super smooth skin is lacking in any texture or depth, sort of not attractive, and...

damn, I bet I could drive an 18 wheeler in there without scraping the mirrors!

And the thing about maxim, playboy, etc is they are only looking for maybe a dozen pictures per month.

Ideally we're doing anywhere from 40 to 100+ images per set (depending on niche), and doing updates at least twice a week.

But I'm starting to question how many surfers are still out there looking for the stills. My lazy side would love to just shoot video and grab a few stills right out of the video footage.
