due diligence.
I have to say, that that tgps are all looking the same. Same pictures. Same cut and paste programmes just different urls. IMHO, looking tired and old. My guys are still selling well, but no big improvement over two months ago. If they send 10 joins it seems to be a big day for them. But holy shit, you might think that tgp owners would try and get ahead of the curve instead of selling the same old same old that every one of their competitors are pitching. I just shake my head in wonder.
But wtf, in the land of affiliate marketing, this ain't no big risk. No wonder this biz is sucking wind. Any tgp guys care to respond?

I spend a great deal of time hunting for fresh programs to promote, but it's only a matter of time before the others find them too. I think I tend to hygrade the content a bit more than most, only using the better galleries from each sponsor, but that takes time sort through them.

Most TGPs just do a text dump from the sponsor admin, then import into their database. Their answer is to have a dozen TGPs.

The whole point of a TGP is to maximize the number of clicks to the galleries, since those galleries are the gateway to the sponsor tours.

I'm not sure that something other than a grid is going to be any more effective, and it's going to be substantially more difficult to code the script templates that rebuild the pages for each update. If you change it up too much, it's no longer a TGP, and then it becomes difficult to get other TGP's to trade links.

The most effective "marketing" on a TGP are the thumbs themselves. Manually selecting and cropping thumbs makes a HUGE difference over allowing the script to randomly choose and make them.

There are other things on my TGP's that would also fall under marketing, but like Hell Puppy, I'm not going to give away my best secrets in a public forum. They're right there in plain view on the page, if you know what you're looking for. :)

I built www.macklinks.com from scratch using text links only. I also use the hun approach by listing multi niche galleries all together to give it that "cornucopia of porn" appearance.

I agree somewhat. If you're too far out on the leading edge you end up on an island by yourself. You still have to be close enough the the mainland that you can build a bridge for peeps to get there.
