I am pretty sure Piccionelli handled the patent work on the RealTouch device....

Beats me... theres 300 people that work for us and some offsite... San Fran and Australia now. Hell I was offsite for 4 years

Yes, and he works for Digital Playground......"others," and of course, himself.
But I'm very sure he keeps the ethics clear on all those cases....even when one is fighting with the other.

Actually he has a retainer that allows for it. As long as clients understand and waive it, its acceptable. Conflict of interest is a very limited argument as to why your former attorney cannot turn around and sue you.

It really has to do with the work the attorney performed for you and what that work gave him access to. He can at a later date sue you for another client on a completely unrelated matter.
