The content you own is copyrighted and a form has been sent in by the owner and complainant. I would advise to take it down immediately and do not use that content again as the tour holds content and has been screenshotted, saved, and will be submitted by that person. Please don't forget to go to the ccbill page and read about terms and conditions along with the copyright infringement forms pertaining to Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Thank you.

Hi Tom,

I was alerted today that my content was being used illegally on a paysite called onlyasianmodels.com. Everything you see on that site is my photography which is not licensed to this website.

This is in fact all my copyrighted content and I actually told this person not the use the content one time before, maybe a year ago.

Anyway, can you please tell me the procedures that I should follow to get this guy to take the content down and also, how can I make sure he doesn't use the stuff again? Also, can you recommend a good attorney for this sort of thing?

Lastly, does ccbill continue to deal with a guy even after such copyright infringement. I would hope not.

When you say "copyrighted" do you have an actual certificate and registration # ?

Or do you mean it belows to someone else ?

from what i recall sticky was selling this content for the owner of the content

Yup redirected to a different site/tour etc.

Probably one of those JStyles content blowouts back from when he was changing oil for Pep Boys.

I think the question you mean to ask is does she have a copyright registration

She owns a copyright the instant she creates it. Whether she registers it or not determines the damages she is capable of winning.

or is my copyright law antiquated?
