If you have a lot of exclusive content in your members area, recycle some of the not so fresh content off the shelf, blow off the dust, and throw it up on clipclinic.com....It takes NO EXTRA WORK on your part and you make money just by uploading it....

Elite tip - Make it a longer clip [5 minutes or more] and price it for a buck.
Watermark the video intermittantly thru out it and at the end pitch the website to see more. Place a link for a $1 trial on your website.

This clip should be edited as a teaser or sampler clip to work well as opposed to a random 5 minutes of video. Its my experience that if you edit ANY trailer to show off BITS of hardcore action but not focus on any one event to allow the surfer to get his jerk on.

In doing this you have accomplished that the surfer is in fact a CUSTOMER with a VALID credit card and WILL buy porn. A PREQUALFIED CUSTOMER that hasnt been jerked around with an unexpected recurring charge to his card is like GOLD these days.

If your content stands alone [that leaves out all of you MIGHTY program owners that rely on prechecked cross sales to steal subsciptions from surfers] as a quality product then you have created a pure $1 tour using AEBN's bandwidth and processing to weed out the shit stain chargebacks.

Plus you get paid a a little.

Double Secret Uber Elite Tip
If youve cycled exclusive content off your website either to the archieves or to DVD then use it. Price it accordingly, watermarked of course, and again at the end pitch your membership site.

List it on your freesites and blogs along side of those other programs that arent paying you and youve created an advertising campaign that pays you!

Load your videos and pictures up now - there are BIG changes in the work but I have time to work with you to maximize traffic and income.

We are uploading to Clip Clinic as we speak

I do well on Clips4Sale and Clips.com but ClipClinic's interface is a nightmare. It is designed so ass backwards and takes a million redundant clicks and screens to upload clips and get clips active in a store. Plus you can't upload through ftp which makes it very slow nor can one mention words like cheerleader and some other popular key words on the store. I had to change the name of my store as a result. I uploaded a handful of clips a few months ago but haven't made one sale yet. I was intending to upload more, but it was just too laborious to bother.

Development has working on the back end to make things easier. Afterall thats why its in beta.

The word cheerleader and teen arent allowed because of our relationship with search engines where it is against their Terms of Service. [meaning we are about to turn up SE traffic].

Clips4Sale and ClipClinc are 2 different animals. If your just uplading your files and hoping for a sale then chances are you wont make one.

Jim I know your content and I know how to make it sell. Since Ive taken over this project let me know if your interested in a little help from my end.

All in all reread what I posted about this being a passive sales tool. What applies for a membership site certainly applies for selling DVDs as well.

This thing is just getting started good. Theres a new main page design due to go in place in the next few weeks followed by a group of sales tools and an influx of traffic from a traffic source ranked in the 500s in alexa.

I respect your decision to stay on Clips4Sale as your sole source for clip revenue but trust me when I say that we are in this market to stay and you know what that means.

Let me know if I can help.

Gonzo, I am willing to put my content everywhere and anywhere it can sell. C4S does really well for me and Clips.com is catching up as well. Plus I started my own downloadable clip store on my own domain. So I am a big believer in the clip model and I would like to work with ClipClinic.com too, especially if you can help feature my content prominently. I started giving Amber very detailed feedback months ago when the ClipClinic site first got into Beta and the difficulty I had actually adding data to the site. I just had my employee do a test today to see how many clicks, screens and how long it takes to add one single clip to the site. Compare this to Clips4Sale's interface, which takes less than thirty seconds to add a new clip! It's insane!

ClipClinic.com Add One Clip Steps

1. Upload Video File (no ftp access, must use control panel)
2. Click "Files"
-
3. Select Video File to activate
4. Add Price of Video File
5. Click "Products"
-
6. Click "Create New Product" (there is no duplicating most of the info from a previous product)
-
7. Type Title, Description
8. Select Category
9. Type Keywords (too restrictive on exact word you can use)
10. Select "Publish Date" (you cannot specify time of day)
11. Click "Continue"
-
12. Add Photos by Clicking Browse (cannot batch upload images via ftp)
13. Upload the selected image
14. Click "Manage Clips in Product"
-
15. Select activated Video File
16. Click "Save"
-
17. Click on "Store Management"
18. Select desired Store
-
19. Click "Add Product to Store"
20. select product to activate on store. (no save button)

Total steps: 20
Total pages: 7 after main page
Total time: aprox. 12-15 min (not including uploading Video File time)

Like I said I would love to work with ClipClinic.com, but the usability of the back end is just abysmal! Gonzo, if you are spearheading this project take a look at C4S and see how easy it is to add clips there and you will want to hire a programmer and start over from scratch with ClipClinic.com.

We did.
In the meantime Ill be happy to work with you if youd like as this has become a new task in my daily pile of things.

Currently there is a skinned ad driving traffic from Pornotube into the main site with plans to do a lot more.

Like I said I know your content and I know how to get it to making money within this system.
