$2 million to go away quietly, and also probably some limitations on when she can sell stock. likely even a no-compete, though i cant see anyone wanting to hire her or playboy having any bigtime corporate secrets at this point.

common practice when you dump a ceo. and actually cheap considering her father is the founder and still largest shareholder.
