I'm not sure that NationalNet or MojoHost do much with virtual these days, but they're both first rate hosts too.

I personally recommend Chris over at http://www.way3.com for Virtual and VPS servers. There are many solid options out there but I am keen on his attention to excellent customer service for those I have referred.
