ClipClinic.com Launches All-Inclusive Affiliate Program

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Grassroots content platform ClipClinic.com (http://www.clipclinic.com/) has launched an affiliate program that allows studios and the public to monetize and syndicate their uploaded content.

The program was under development for more than a year and in beta testing over the past six months, Amber T. Myers, ClipClinic’s director of business development, told XBIZ.

One of its unique features is that clips can be uploaded using up to seven different multimedia formats.

“It gives customers a lot more options as well as studios more opportunities to make more sales,” Myers said.

Another unique feature is that the site consolidates multiple logins into one, allowing users to view stats, upload clips, create stores and get affiliate linking codes in one convenient place.

The way it works is that a studio, or a person who owns a video clip, registers for a free account, uploads the clip and creates virtual stores to sell the clips. The user has control over the pricing of the content, with 99 cents being the lowest price point.

The 70 percent figure is the maximum combined total of 40 percent revenue that studios can get and 30 percent that affiliates earn for referring traffic.

“This was a brainstorm to be able to give people credit and money for sending traffic to their own store,” Myers said.

c4s is through the roof but it is also a lot harder to get your name on the front list..I have to search and search for mine..
I think that putting material into the clip clinic is a great idea..especially since it is new and it has not been bombed yet by everyone and their mother.
As far as traffic goes like Gonzo said it is now up and running since it is out of beta testing...would it have made since to market something that was not ready for it? seems like a waste of money to me.:scratchin

It has been a little slow so far in traffic. I am sure it will grow with time and the addition of affiliates coming on board. My 2 stores are always on the front page too. On the positive note, just got my first 2 sales this week. :okthumb: Hopefully more to come.

I stay on the front page of c42 on average about 20-22 hrs per day, I have a LOT of content.

I like the look of clip clinic though the admin interface is a bit cumbersome.

If the traffic comes it should do well.....theres plenty of content there

Hey Guys, we are in the process of upgrading much of Clip Clinic so bear with us as these great changes come about...the new year will bring a much easier Manage Studio interface, a more impressive homepage as well as a sh*t-load more traffic!

We have the highest payout in the industry of 70% when you link to your own stores. And to quote Field of Dreams... "build it..and they will come." Of course, it's really not that easy, but when you add targeted SE traffic, teaming up with a huge traffic site (shhhh...I didn't let that cat outta the bag yet, did I?!) and a focus on traffic generation, we'll soon be blowing doors on the competition; mark my words!
