Given them discourse and opportunity... and then not hear from them again yet see them actively engaging in similar activities?

Happens a TON in this biz. People often forget who helped them.

Integrity isn't a very high priority in this industry unfortunately.

I like this definition of integrity from the Urban Dictionary:
Doing the right thing even when nobody's looking.

Yep - this happens a lot. It's not new either. We were in Vegas many moons ago for Internext and I happened to be sitting at a table where a proposal was made, a deal to work together was hashed out and then the invited party took off, wasn't seen from again the rest of the show and less than 30-days later did the SAME THING on his own - stealing the complete idea/concept from the other webmaster.
So much for community and ethics...
If I hadn't been there to hear the whole thing I don't know that I would have believe it - that was messed up.

I would like to thank the following people,
Joe Jekel and Boldy for employing me, Gonzo for his recommendations, Nymph helped me with some scripts, the Hun for listing my galleries, and I would also like to thank Jebus the Goat (r.i.p.) he was my video editor (working fool he was), Mom and Dad (r.i.p.) who gave me moral support even though they didn't/don't agree with my profession, and the endless stream of barncats and racoons I feed, Bessie the pet cow I ate, all of the dogs I have fostered, and Fred the pig.
I guess that just about covers it.
