Does anyone know of a great programmer that can take on a simple task to complete a site that has already been developed? Only minor changes and some things need to be added on. I have been looking for a friend of mine and all the guys and gals that I know personally are tied up with their own work or they do not know coldfusion database software.
Any suggestions?

Not trying to bring it back just looking for someone who knows the program and could take care of a few bugs in the existing program.

have to be something awfully complex for it not to be worthwhile to convert it to LAMP....
