There are a few people that owe me money as well....Jason Tucker comes to mind. Anyone want to pick up his debt at ten cents on a dollar?

Personally, I think the money should have been given to the people with the mortgages with a caveat that they need to save that amount as well. Then the "trickle up" effect might work. Novel concept. Trickle down is a total failure.
