Was brutal decision but figured with today's horrible economic climate having a paysite is a good idea.

I've bounced the idea around the boards and the good thing is I create my content and only use toons
I create so no fees, models, legals, or other profit eating bullshit.

Just crank out toons and keep the fans happy.

My main site has been AVS for many years but it's time to expand. I had it as a paysite a few years back and it was doing great with affiliates but the processing company screwed up. So I'm back and CC Bill hooked me up by reactivating my old account. Took only 5 minutes! Talk about service!

I need to a new tour design and restructure my inside pages but I've got 10 years of content already in there. With the new publishing techniques for comics using iPhones and iPods and PSP I offer my surfers not just porn but an education on how to create comic books, cartoons, animation, toys, etc. in all those formats as well as how to market their toons. Where to get lawyers, agents etc. Full service for the artist in need.

Now as to the price, I figure $10-$15 per month is fair. Other toon sites with only a tenth of the content charge $24 but I'm not about ripping people off.

Anyone know of a good tour designer?

Dude, why would that price be ripping anyone off? You said yourself you have ten times the content. Value your product more. You can always discount the price if you don't feel the conversions are good enough after launch ... just food for thought. :scratchin
