Non-consensual sex?

I know it staged, but what it's portraying would likely be considered rape in most places in the US today.

I think this would be borderline in Canada only because there is the indication of "non-consentual sex". But as you said, no bondage with sex, which is usually the easy way to judge it.

I think the easy answer on this one is "if you are creeped out by it, don't list it".

Rape or Forced Sex is one of the larger fantasies out there (among both men and women), and is also one of the most used themes in sexual role play among couples and groups. This stuff has been around forever, and as long as there is no bondage or true physical abuse, it easily gets approved by the censors here in Canada. I see nothing at all wrong with it and wouldn't have problems in displaying it at all.

I sometimes think the PC nature of the last decade is still influencing us and taking away a lot of the harmless "fun" that people have been experimenting with forever. I have more of a problem with the "Teen" concept, or with girls trying to look a little too young than I would ever have with something as mild as that gallery. In most areas of Europe, that gallery would just be considered boring vanilla sex!

Toby, we have no issue with bondage, but Canadian law gets pretty nasty when it comes to bondage with penetration, because no matter what a contract might say or the players may say after, the act is by definition non-consentual because the person being penetrated cannot stop the penetration. Quite simply, you cannot hogtie a girl and fuck her on camera, as the images are of non-consentual sex (and apparently it only takes a single still image, the actual run of the rest of the scene is not important)

i wouldnt worry so much about the legality as the proccessing visa is apparently very touchy about anything that even appears non consensual (even hypnosis sites)

since it isnt your site its probably nothing much to worry about but if those guys are processing through, say ccbill they could find themselves with no members in very short order

hell, I don't even have to look at the gallery to know the correct answer. It's really quite simple. It's your site so feel free to deny it and any other galleries you don't like. Hell, you can deny a softcore gallery with nude only just because you think it's banner is in the wrong spot. LOL
