NY- Just when it appeared Ashley Dupre's life was going to get a little easier, it was revealed Thursday that the famous hooker who had former Gov. Eliot Spitzer as a customer is getting sued for impersonating someone else in a "Girls Gone Wild" video.

Dupre was sued on July 11 by Amber Arpaio, in U.S. District Court in New Jersey. Arpaio cites a video in which Dupre, covered in a terry cloth towel, gives her name as Amber Arpaio. In the video, an unseen questioner asks if she is 18, and whether the footage can be used on "Girls Gone Wild." Dupre answers "yes" to both questions.

Also displayed in the video is a New Jersey driver's license with the Amber Arpaio's name and a birth date, making Dupre appear to be in her 20s.

Arpaio is also suing the producers of the "Girls Gone Wild" series for releasing the video. In her lawsuit, she says she was never contacted before her name was released.

As a result, she also wants punitive and exemplary damages "in an amount appropriate to punish and make an example of Defendants," the suit argues.
