Looks like ProAdult is history

I've been hearing rumblings on the jungle drums for several months.

It seems back in Nov. that Visa wanted 2257 info for ALL sites hosted on the network, which just wasn't going to happen in any kind of a timely manner.

The section for "Girls with sites" on Voyeurweb, which was essentially a traffic pump for ProAdult sologirl sites, suddenly disappeared a month or more ago.

Then yesterday I see a blog post linking to some drama at GFY about ProAdult owing lots of people thousands of dollars, including employees.

I actually have been amazed that any of these "adult verification"s style deals are left. Considering the level of verification required by Visa and MC, it seems weird to think they even exist.

Frankly, I thought the AVS type sites were gone anyway. I do a lot of work with PornAccess but they provide the content themselves and call themselves an AEN. Affiliates can provide their own content as well but they have to agree to license the content to PornAccess and provide them with the necessary docs. I'm surprised that any sites were able to continue doing things as they had been before the last time Visa reared it's ugly head.
