look at ...moyea dvd4web converter 1.0 or pptweb converter 1.0 not really sure what you will be needing it for..

On the Mac side, take a look at Episode. It's done by the same people that bring flip4mac to the table.

I have the Flip4Mac Episode plug-in on the Mac, and it works great. I just throw everything in and let it run. I haven't used anything for video on the PC for quite a while, so I'm not up on what's available.

Thanks everyone. I think I will go with Jace's suggestion on the Sorenson Squeeze. I just tested it against my current Cleaner XL and it was faster and will do Flash as well.
