just got this yesterday. Been waiting for years for something like this and I am sure it is only going to get better. It's a 2 pound laptop for 400 bucks and so much fun.

Actually wait til the end of june, a bunch are coming out better and about the same price as the eee.The msi wind is probably the one Im going to get.

There already is an Asus with larger capacity, but in this case, size matters. We opted for the smaller size, lighter weight which is the beauty of this thing.
Its only 2 pounds with a battery.

The wind is under 3 lbs and has the atom chip so your talking over 5 hrs on of battery life and it comes with xp and a 80gig hd. My wife has the eee in pink, its very cute but it runs very hot and the screen is a little too small for me.

Also there is an acer one coming out and a dell.
