If you are not going to outright ban someone then why put them on miserable?
Other than to have some fun fucking with them, of course.

But, putting him into miserable mode?
Don't know about anyone else's feelings on that but it does not seem fair in my mind.
Either let him post or kill/ban the account.
My vote is to always let them post (eventhough I m aware that this is not a democratic process of course)
