Sarettah, you cannot possibly know our side of things. You did not call or email or icq you me and have never once asked us for our side of things.

You can not possible know the experience we went through having Shellee Hale, as a CLIENT, for as long as we did. Our system is very detailed and every single request, as unreasonable as it was, was handled properly, to her bennifit, and was carefully documented.

I am sure you do not have the time for a discussion on this matter with us and that is fine. I applaud you for not taking sides, but please do not say that you have "researched this" without knowing what we really had to do and put up with to keep Shellee Hale happy. I would never in a million years wish for any other merchant to have to take her on as a customer and I certainly do not wish that upon you either.

Mark, I read pretty much every thread I could find on this on every board. You stated your case prtty thoroughly from what I can see. Shellee stated her case pretty thoroughly.

If there is stuff that is not on the boards I am really not aware of it.

I was in contact with Shellee to first ask her to stay out of a thread.

Then I contacted her to apologize. During the conversation she expressed several times that she wanted it to end.

I finally asked her if I could post on her behalf, basically acting as a neutral third party to broker a deal between the two of you to get it to end.

I am not taking sides. I am not claiming to have inside information.

I have the cases that you both presented to the boards.

I am sure there is more on both sides that the world at large does not know. I do not know it either.

I used to help a lot of newbies. I stopped for several reasons, one being that they can be a royal pain in the ass. But I never intended to become someone that beat the shit out of them either and that is what i was doing.

My impressions of you in the threads I visited were not bad. I actually thought that you offered up several solutions. As I said to my wife while yakking about this whole mess, about you, "he seems like a stand up guy. he has publically offered up solutions but has not had them be accepted, what's a guy supposed to do". In addition, you participated in a fairly constructive discussion about the marketing to newbies thing without getting all defensive about it. Add to that the fact that when I googled on your company I found virtually no complaints. So if you are assuming that my opinion of you is bad, that is your assumption, not mine.

Guys, I am nobody. A programmer that has been around in adult for a good long time, has had sites of various kinds, do a script or two here and there. A member of the adult community but not making a fortune by any means. So, I can in no way make or break you or Shellee. The only real rep I have in this business is that I am honest and that I sometimes help folks out just , well, just because. I don't really always know why myself..lol
