In this case, the problem has to do with the parents, and the general tolerance of violence at this level.

Not only should the girls get in serious legal trouble, but the parents should be eating it bigtime.

Yes, parents are to blame. However in today's PC bullshit world we live in, repremanding your kid can land you in jail. These teens are way out hand, i doubt "no cell phone" "no TV" or Go to your room your grounded : will solve anything here.

These kids need a good old fashioned ass whooping. I was brought up to respect elders, fear police and say yes please and no please. First time I tested my mother she threw a fork at me from across the room that stuck in my head as i ran to my room. After she pulled it out she paddled my ass with a big plastic pasta spoon for bending her fork.
