Watched it on demand over the weekend, great movie, deff!

Hal Holbrook (the grandpa) did a great job as well, in fact all of the people he ran into gave pretty damn good screentime

oh man, the people he met along the way was a GREAT addition to the whole thing

Oddly enough the bear decided he was just not enough of a meal to bother with lol

(but seriously no this is not that movie)

It is a great movie about a young man named Chris McCandless, who decides he does not need to live in a world of material things, so he destroys all his ID, adopts an alias (Alexander Supertramp) and sets off on a journey to "Kill his false self"

His main goal is to get to the wild of Alaska (not the city Alaska, but Alaska Alaska lol) and along the way of his two year journey he meets up with a very wide variety of people.

DEFF worth a rental or even a buy!

we noticed the songs when they we playing, we usually HATE pearl jam and eddie vedder, but he did VERY well on that soundtrack
