Whatever - just gimme my Big Block burger all the way and Southern style, with a side of pickles and fries and a big ol' glass of sweet tea 'n it's all good from there.

You just can't beat the down home style eats in the south. But damn, I put on 60 pounds after I moved to Texas.

I lost forty when I moved to Vancouver. But I live in the land of low fat granola, skinny lattes, and nouvelle cuisine. But I do have a smoker and finally got the hang of great ribs. But then my wife makes me climb another fucking mountain as penance for eating well.

Well, we're a bit lacking in the mount department here in south Texas. My worn out knees couldn't take the climbing anyway.

I went on the wagon at the end of September and have since dropped those 60 lbs plus another 30. I want to drop about 70 more.

Best thing I ever did. I am 5 10, 170 and is sure is a lot easier to get around. And I wasn't joking about the mountains. The cool thing about this business is that it gives me the freedom to hit the hills three or four times a week. At the moment in snow shoes. Walked straight up 2100 feet yesterday. That will cut you down to size real quick. I bet you find your knee problems will be solved when the weight goes. Good luck. BTW, I never want to get on the wagon, but red wine doesn't hurt.

Good idea for the next show. instead of a belly flop contest, we can have a fart off. AEBN can sponsor, April can be the judge. Judge it on smell and sound quality.
