My Daughter's Goldfish died

The Goldfish, not my daughter...

She named it Dr.Pepper lol
Do I replace it or use this as a life lesson op?
Is 5 years old too young to know about death?

That's a hard one ... I have a 3 year old and have not come to that situation yet myself. I would offer up the advice though, that you decide based on her maturity level with other things at this point.

Sticky situation DK.... I had the same situation with my Granddaughter recently, and opted to go to Meijers at 1AM to get a damn replacement.... she never knew the difference until that damn fish died too! LOL
