"Falcon attorney Rob Apgood said Friday that his client had not been served notice of the suit.
"Aeroweb and Ian Eisenberg are not entitled to sue on the contract until March 2008, and then only if the contract is not satisfied at that time," he said. "By making public the details of [the promissory note] agreement, Aeroweb and Eisenberg are in substantial material breach of the terms of the agreement. As such, Falcon is entitled to, and shall seek, significant damages for Aeroweb's and Eisenberg's breach." "

Okay, this excerpt brings up the red flags as well. Best to just sit back and watch how this resolves itself for further applications. Gonzo seems to know more about this so I'll wait for his further commentary.

Wait a minute. I knew something sounded familiar. Nevermind, Gonzo, this story is and data is getting juicier all the time. :)

Tucker and Falcon have been properly served. The collections lawsuit progresses. Does anyone know if Tucker or Gail Harris have money?

My friend,
Just because everyone assumes that someone has money does not mean that they indeed do.
If they had bags of cash - they would pay their debts and not get sued?
Peace

considering tucker owns one of the largest collections of porn images in the world, i would venture to guess he has a little bit of money
and sometimes people get sued because they make a habit of suing

Then why the hell couldn't he pay me when he trashed his drm business. Jason Tucker is always in the shit. I would at least listen to what Seattleike has to say. Considering Ken Lay had one of the largest energy companies in the world, I would venture to guess he had a little bit of money as well. Things that make you go hmmmmmmm:whistling:whistling:whistling:whistling

My point exactly.
So now there are 2 incidents of Tucker not paying. Shall we go for a third?
