People ask why there's no death penalty in NY State. It's simple, because
the cops in NY are so fucking crooked it's not funny.
In this case a man suspected in a shooting was on trial and the detective
said he had not been interrogated, however, what the detective didn't know
was that the suspect had an MP3 player on him and recorded the interrogation
which was presented at the trial to the shock of the prosecution.
Cop is soooooo busted. I mean fucking DOOMED. He's gonna do serious
time and lose his job and pension and is going to face civil charges for sure
including the city facing civil suit as well.
Suspect, had he been innocent could have ended up in jail for life or worse
because of a lying cop. So think about it, this is one cop they caught,
how many others have gotten away with it?
