An attorney is suing the owners of Wild West Domains, accusing them of "cybersquatting" and "porn-napping."

Diane Fener, an attorney in Virginia Beach, said she was humiliated when she discovered pornographic material at a Web address she previously had used for her business.

In the suit, Fener claims that she purchased advertising - including the website DianeFenerLaw.com - from Thompson/West. When she stopped doing business with the company, she said, the domain name lapsed and Wild West Domains owners Robert D. Parsons and Michael Zimmerman acquired the domain name. Fener said Parsons and Zimmerman attached the pornographic website Blind Date Bangers to the domain.

This sounds mostly like a boring He Said / She Said to me.

The only reason I am posting it to say how funny I think it is that the article doesn't mention that Wild West Domains is basically one in the same with Go Daddy.

Doesn't everybody know that? They have the exact same address except that one office is two doors down from the other one.

Duh.

I thought AVN would know that.

Youd be surprised how many companies hide with new names and addresses. I always wonder what they are hiding.
